Maureen E. James has civil litigation experience, concentrating on
general and automobile liability cases.
While pursuing her law degree, Ms. James was employed at a civil
litigation firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. James handled plaintiff
litigation cases involving insurance carriers, self-insurers, and
municipalities. Her cases involved complex injuries and required extensive
pre-trial efforts.
Ms. James received a dual bachelor’s degree from Boston University in
2002, and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2007.
Ms. James is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is admitted to
the bar of the United States District Court for the District Court of
Massachusetts.
