Henry Morris has concentrated his practice in first and third party
litigation in numerous state and federal courts including Massachusetts, New
York and New Jersey, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, policy
interpretation and general representation of insurance companies. Mr. Morris
has extensive experience litigating large scale environmental pollution and
other toxic tort actions involving multiple sites and/or claimants. In
addition, Mr. Morris has worked on large scale class action litigation
matters, including cases involving violation of state and federal antitrust
laws.
Mr. Morris has worked closely with claims personnel, underwriters and
other management personnel to ensure appropriate measures are undertaken to
protect the insurer's rights during the investigation and adjustment of the
claim and to design and implement an effective litigation strategy.
Mr. Morris received his bachelor's degree from Boston University in 1993.
He graduated from Cornell University Law School in 1997.
Mr. Morris is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. |
